Q: What areas do you service?
A: We proudly serve Morrow County, Ohio, including Mount Gilead, Cardington, Edison, and surrounding towns. Not sure if you're in our area? Reach out — we'll let you know!
Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Not necessarily! As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source, we can complete the job while you're out. We’ll send updates before, during, and after if you’d like.
Q: How do you determine pricing?
A: Pricing is based on surface type, size, condition, and job complexity. We offer free quotes and fair, transparent rates — no hidden fees.
Q: How long does a typical job take?
A: Most residential jobs are completed in 1–3 hours depending on the size and condition of the area. We'll give you an estimated time during the quoting process.
Q: What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
A: Light rain usually doesn’t affect our service, but for heavy storms we’ll reschedule at your convenience — always with plenty of notice.
Q: Do you use my water supply?
A: Yes, we typically connect to your outdoor spigot. Don’t worry — pressure washing uses less water than you’d expect, and it only adds a few bucks to your bill.
Q: Is pressure washing safe for my siding, paint, or deck?
A: Yes — we use proper pressure settings and soft-washing techniques where needed. Our team is trained to clean each surface safely without causing damage.
Q: What kinds of surfaces do you clean?
A: We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, siding (vinyl, wood, stucco), and more. If it’s exterior and dirty — we probably clean it!
Q: Will the chemicals harm my plants or pets?
A: We take precautions to protect landscaping and animals. Our cleaning solutions are industry-standard and diluted safely. We always rinse nearby greenery before and after.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due after the job is complete.
